Absolutely amazing service! Slick, professional and lightning- fast. They submitted my application on Monday and the Passport Agency issued it on Wednesday. The passport card and my old passport came back in the same package with the new passport.

I chose the 5- 7 business day- option. Yes it costs money but so does my time when I cannot travel on personal business. The delays now, if you use regular routs, can run past three months! Some people are still waiting. That means you cannot leave the country and are basically imprisoned in it.
The entire package with all the government fees, overnight FedEx and application filling service cost me a bit over $900. Well worth it!
